Your dealer is your trading counterparty. This is a direct conflict of interest. Confirm the registration status of any counterparty before trading.
2. ELECTRONIC TRADING PLATFORMS ARE NOT EXCHANGES
Any platform you use only connects you with your dealer. Platform availability, outages, and operation are governed solely by your agreement with the dealer.
