Risk Disclaimer, Authorization, and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the algorithmic trading services provided by the Nexivo AI software (“Software”), the client or customer (“You”) acknowledges and agrees that You are utilizing Nexivo AI’s proprietary algorithms for Your own benefit and Forex trading in Your designated third party Forex trading account or accounts. You understand that by using the Software, You evaluated all of the risks associated with Forex trading, accepted those risks, installed the Software on Your electronic device or devices, and linked the Software to Your Forex broker. Your decision to utilize the Software was based on Your own informed decision.
You may also choose to utilize a percentage allocation money management (“PAMM”) account at Your Forex broker. Your decision to utilize any PAMM account, whether associated with Nexivo AI or not, is solely Your decision and You assume all risks associated with that decision.
You understand that the foreign exchange market (Forex) is highly volatile, and while Nexivo AI’s algorithms are designed with the goal of mitigating risk and optimizing performance, market fluctuations can occur unexpectedly and may lead to losses, including the loss of the full value of Your account. Nexivo AI makes no guarantees regarding the profitability of trades or the preservation of capital in Your account or accounts.
You accept that You are solely responsible for any losses incurred in Your account or accounts, and Nexivo AI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from market movements, unforeseen events, technical issues, or any algorithmic performance. You are encouraged to only invest funds that You can afford to lose, and You should carefully assess Your own risk tolerance before engaging in commodity and/or Forex trading activities.
